When will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order has been scanned by the courier. This usually takes 1–2 business days after placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
We estimate 7–9 business days for the Netherlands, Belgium and Western Europe, and 8–10 business days for other countries worldwide. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
My tracking shows no updates for days — is this normal?
Yes, this can happen with international shipments. During transport, 3–5 days without visible updates can occur — this is completely normal. Please contact us if there are still no updates after 10 business days.
My order has been in transit for more than 21 days — what now?
Please contact us immediately at support@nailcutterpro.com. We will start an investigation and resend your order free of charge if it is considered lost. Please report this within 7 days of the maximum delivery time.
Can I still change my delivery address?
Address changes are only possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@nailcutterpro.com.
Are there any customs fees?
We make sure your order is shipped without any extra customs costs for you. You only pay the product price and any shipping costs shown at checkout — no surprises afterwards.
My package arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@nailcutterpro.com and include photos of the damage. We will send you a free replacement or process a full refund.
