Cancellation before shipping
Did you change your mind right after placing your order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@nailcutterpro.com. We will try to stop the order, but cannot guarantee this once processing has started.
If the cancellation is in time and the order has not yet been processed, we will refund the full amount within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Changes to an existing order
Want to change an address, product or quantity? Contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to make changes, but cannot guarantee this once processing has started.
- Address change: possible as long as the package has not yet been handed over to the carrier
- Product change: not possible after confirmation — please place a new order
- Partial cancellation: contact us and we will look into the options
Frequently asked questions
How quickly do I need to contact you to cancel?
As soon as possible — preferably within 1 hour of placing the order. The sooner you contact us, the greater the chance we can still stop the order.
My order has already been shipped, what now?
In that case, cancellation is no longer possible. You can return the product after receipt via our returns policy. We offer 90 days to return.
When will I receive my refund after cancellation?
For an approved cancellation, we process the refund within 5 business days. The time until it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Can I cancel a subscription?
We do not work with subscriptions. Every order is one-time and you will never be automatically charged again.
