2. Orders and Purchases
2.1. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product under these Terms.
2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, unavailability or suspected fraud.
2.3. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email.
2.4. All prices include taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
3. Payment
3.1. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna and PayPal.
3.2. Payment is due at the time of ordering.
3.3. All transactions are processed via secure SSL-encrypted connections. We do not store full card details.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1. We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
4.2. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
4.3. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
4.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving reasons.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us at support@nailcutterpro.com before the deadline.
5.3. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return costs are at the customer's expense.
5.4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
6. Guarantee
6.1. We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Not satisfied? Full refund or replacement.
6.2. As an EU consumer, you also benefit from the statutory guarantee of at least 2 years.
6.3. The guarantee does not apply to damage from misuse, normal wear or unauthorised modifications.
7. Liability
7.1. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profits.
7.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7.3. We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on the Website is owned by NailCutter Pro and protected by copyright.
