We ship our products worldwide from our production facility. Every order is carefully packaged and handed over to an international courier for safe and timely delivery to your door.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The delivery times below are estimates after processing and may vary depending on customs procedures and local delivery conditions.

Tracking information

Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We recommend checking the customs regulations in your country before purchasing. NailCutter Pro is not liable for any import costs or delays caused by customs.
Damaged or missing orders
Damaged orders
Did you receive a damaged product? Contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@nailcutterpro.com. Please include photos of the damage. We offer replacement or full refund.
Missing orders
Has your order not arrived after the maximum delivery time? Contact us immediately. We will start an investigation and resend your order free of charge if needed.
