We do our best to deliver every order to your satisfaction. However, it may happen that a product does not fully meet your expectations. That is why we offer a 90-day risk-free trial period on all our products, worldwide.
Not satisfied? You can return the product within this period, provided it is in its original condition — with labels, in original packaging and without excessive use.
Return procedure — step by step
- Send us an email in advance at support@nailcutterpro.com to let us know you want to return a product. The return address is not the same as the address on the shipping label.
- If we can accept the return, you will receive further instructions by email.
- Pack the product safely and securely in the original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Send the tracking number to our customer service once the package has been shipped.
- After receipt and inspection, we will process the refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Damaged or defective products
Did you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@nailcutterpro.com. Please include photos of the damage if possible.
We will send you a free replacement or process a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the defective product at your own expense.
Delivery failed or package lost
Have you not received your order after 21 days (EU) or 30 days (outside EU)? Please contact us within 7 days thereafter. We will resend your order free of charge.
If you do not contact us within 7 days after this period, we can unfortunately no longer guarantee a free redelivery.

What is not eligible for a refund
- Lost returns because the package was not sent with a trackable and insured service
- Severely damaged returns due to poor packaging by the customer
- Returns sent to an incorrect address without our confirmation
- Returns outside the 90-day trial period
- Return shipping costs (unless defective or incorrectly delivered)
- Products showing signs of excessive use or intentional damage
- Products where the original packaging or labels have been removed
